Senator Giessel, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                     
SENATE BILL NO. 92 "An Act relating to state ownership of                                                                       
submerged land underlying navigable water within the boundaries of                                                              
and adjacent to federal areas; and providing for an effective date" be                                                          
returned to the Resources Committee. Senator Stevens objected, then                                                             
withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, the bill was                                                          
returned to the Resources Committee.
